Yes, this is fundamental. Please write in a simple sheet of paper the name of the person who has placed the order and the order number. It’s very important to insert this data in the parcel because we are not able to refund anonymous package.

Once we receive the parcel we will check the conditions of the item. If the item has been returned in new and unworn conditions, not used or altered in any way, we'll issue your refund and send you an email to let you know once this has been done. Once you've been refunded, it can take up to 3/5 working days for the funds to show back into your account. Please remember that refund processing time depend on your bank.
